7. Role overview:
Dabur Research Foundation is seeking a motivated and skilled Research Scientist with experience in the in vitro cell-based assays in multiple therapeutic areas, such as immunity, inflammation, metabolic disorders, longevity, oncology, and dermatology. The candidate will contribute to study design, execution, data analysis in a preclinical CRO environment while maintaining high scientific and regulatory standards.
8. Necessary experience:
-Efficacy/potency/stability/
batch release studies for biosimilars and generics.
-Experience of working in QMS, GLP and data submissions to FDA/MHRA others
-Work closely with QAU to ensure quality and compliance in data.
9. Key Responsibilities:
-Well-versed in cell culture techniques and screens
-Execute and optimize experiments involving:
-Molecular biology techniques (PCR, qPCR, etc.)
-Western blotting and gel electrophoresis
-Flow cytometry, ELISA and other immunoassays, Cytotoxicity assays, Enzyme assays
-Various biochemical assays
-Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with GLP guidelines.
-Prepare and review: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Study plans/protocols, Study reports and technical summaries.
-Prepare technical reports, protocols, and scientific summaries.
-Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, regulatory guidelines.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
