Details are provided below 
1. Designation: Production Executive
2. Role Description:
This is a Production Executive role located on-site in Chennai at Medisequence Pvt Ltd. The Production Executive will be responsible for:
a. Inventory awareness and accountability
-Checking the raw materials availability in the main inventory
-Checking the lot numbers and expiry dates of the raw materials for planning the batches of the manufacturing
-Calculating the reactions per batch based on the order level
b. Planning and processing
-Planning the manufacturing and preparing the stock solutions if needed.
-Preparing the stickers and sterilizing the consumables and stickers
-Planning decontamination of the rooms and hoods
c. Manufacturing the products according to the protocol
d. Quality check and Packaging
e. QC check of the manufacture products according to the QC checklists
f. Packaging the manufactured items according to the Packaging checklist, including the secondary packaging of all items included in the kit
g. Updating the inventory of the manufacture products and the manufacturing and packaging logs
h. Documentation - Filling the checklists and logs
i. Inventory - update the manufactured goods stock for the daily inventory submission.
3. Qualifications:
Master's in life sciences
M Tech - Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering
M Sc. - Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering
M Sc. - Molecular Biology
4. Experience:
One year experience in Manufacturing environment will be preferred.
5. Skills:
-Team Player
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Good knowledge in writing and speaking English
-Presentation Skills
-Computer skills- general
(Internet, Email, office package)
