1. Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
-Maintain cleanroom operations (ISO/GMP-like environments) and ensure strict adherence to SOPs Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and environmental monitoring (particle control, contamination prevention)
 -Prepare buffers, media, reagents, and solutions with accuracy and consistency
-Assist in aseptic handling techniques and basic cell culture support activities
-Perform sample collection, labeling, storage, and tracking with proper chain-of-custody
-Ensure GLP-compliant
documentation, logbooks, batch records, and data integrity practices
-Support equipment handling, preventive maintenance, calibration coordination, and troubleshooting
-Monitor and maintain inventory of consumables, chemicals, and lab supplies
-Follow biosafety guidelines (BSL-1/BSL-2 practices) and waste disposal protocols
-Assist in basic analytical procedures (pipetting, weighing, solution preparation, basic assays if required)
-Ensure temperature, humidity, and environmental condition tracking in lab areas
-Support audit readiness and compliance activities
2. Eligibility Criteria:
B.Sc. / Diploma in Biotechnology /Life Sciences / Microbiology 
3. Experience: 0-2 years of relevant lab experience (freshers with strong fundamentals can apply)
- Basic understanding of cleanroom protocols, aseptic techniques, and lab safety
