4. Qualifications

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Food Technology / Biotechnology or related field 5. Experience:

4-5 years of hands-on lab experience in food, biotech, or analytical labs

6. Key Responsibilities:

a. Laboratory Operations

-Perform routine chemical, biochemical, and food analysis Prepare reagents, standards, and samples as per SOPs

-Maintain lab cleanliness, safety, and compliance

b. R&D & Product Support

-Assist in experiments, trials, and process optimization

-Support extraction, formulation, and analytical studies

-Record observations and maintain accurate lab documentation

c. Equipment Handling

-Operate and maintain lab instruments (basic analytical & processing equipment)

-Ensure calibration, troubleshooting, and upkeep of equipment

d. Quality & Documentation

-Maintain test records, reports, and data logs

-Follow SOPS, GLP, and quality standards

-Support audits and validation activities

e. Inventory & Coordination

-Manage lab consumables, chemicals, and inventory

-Coordinate with R&D and production teams for trials and

testing
