1. Role Overview: 
Drive the research, development, and optimization of IVF, embryo culture, and cryopreservation media to support successful fertilization and embryo development.
2. Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and optimize IVF media formulations (fertilization, culture, vitrification & thawing)
-Conduct in-vitro testing for embryo development and survival
-Work on pH, osmolarity, and biochemical optimization
-Evaluate media stability, sterility, and compatibility
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, QC, Regulatory)
-Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and reports
3. Qualification:
PhD in Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Reproductive Biology /Embryology or related field
4. Key Skills:
