1. Position details:
Research Associate - Protein
Analytics
2. Qualification: M.Sc. in Life Sciences
3. Experience: 1-3 years in SPR; experience with HPLC/Mass Spec preferred.
4. Key Responsibilities:
-Perform SPR-based interaction studies (protein-protein, protein-small molecule, Ab-Ag) using Biacore T200/8K.
-Develop, optimize, and analyze SPR assays for affinity and kinetics.
-Plan, execute, troubleshoot, and complete experiments independently.
-Summarize and interpret data for reports and presentations.
-Support protein-quality
evaluation; basic understanding of enzyme kinetics and analytical methods.
-Perform routine maintenance of Biacore and other lab instruments.
-Record data in eLN in compliance with QA guidelines.
5. Required Skills: 
-Strong knowledge of SPR principles, assay development, and data analysis.
-Hands-on experience with Biacore systems.
-Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
-Effective communication and ability to work in team environments.
