Responsible for end-to-end production of Banana/ Pomegranate/ Bamboo tissue culture plants, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery as per production targets.
3. Key Responsibilities:
-Manage TC stages: initiation, multiplication, rooting & hardening
-Achieve production targets with low contamination
-Maintain SOPs, quality standards & documentation
-Supervise lab staff and daily operations
-Coordinate hardening, nursery & dispatch
4. Skills Required:
-Strong knowledge of Banana/ Pomegranate/ Bamboo TC protocols
-Contamination control & aseptic techniques
-Team handling & reporting
5. Educational Qualification:
