They are looking for a Microbiologist / Senior Microbiologist with hands-on experience in food and environmental microbiology testing to join their Food Laboratory in Bangalore.

6. Qualification & Experience

Qualification: MSc in Microbiology

7. Experience: 1 to 4 years

8. Key Responsibilities:

-Microbiological analysis of Food, Water, Sea Food, and Cosmetics Testing as per IS / ISO / BAM /APHA methods

-Biochemical confirmation and identification of foodborne and environmental pathogens Interpretation of results as per national & international standards

9. Instrumentation & Technical Skills:

-Handling and operation of: Autoclave Laminar Air Flow (LAF) Biosafety Cabinet BOD Incubator

-Gravimetric Dilutor

-Regulatory Knowledge

-Strong awareness of updated standard methods

10. Familiarity with: ISO/BIS/FSSAI / APHA ISO/IEC 17025:2017, FSSAI, EIC, BIS
