2. Qualification Required:

M. Sc (Microbiology)

3. Experience : 5-9 years

4. Job Responsibilities:

-To monitor, control and ensure microbiological quality of Raw Materials. Water System, Manufacturing Equipment, Finished Products (OSD)

-Microbial limit test and Pathogen testing of raw material and finished products (OSD)

-Enviornmental monitoring of manufactuirng process area and microbiology lab

-Settle plate, active air sampling, surface swabs/contact plates, Media Preparation and Growth Promotion Testing.

-Culture handing and identification

-Maintennace of culture stocks and sub-culture.

-Clean room qualification, HVAC Validation.

-Audit Readiness (USFDA/EU CMP exposure)

-Trend analysis of water system. EM trends, Media Quality

-Fully Awareness of Alcoa ++++
