5. Role Overview: 
The incumbent will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and executing SPR-based analytical methods to support biologics and peptide development programs. 
This role is critical in ensuring analytical excellence, regulatory compliance, and robust similarity assessments for pipeline products.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of analytical method development, qualification, and validation.
6. Required Skills: 
Hands-on experience in structural and functional characterization of therapeutic proteins.
Experience in analytical development of monoclonal antibodies and peptides is highly desirable.
Exposure to biosimilarity assessment of biologics for regulated markets is an added advantage.
Familiarity with GLP environments, documentation practices, and regulatory expectations.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and scientific writing skills.
