1. Position: Deputy Manager - Downstream 
2. Department: Vaccine R&D
3. Key Responsibilities:
-Planning and execution of the experiments related to Protein
Purification
-Data compilation and development reports preparation.
-Performing Protein Purification of vaccine projects.
-Literature review related to the protein purification process.
-AKTA- purification systems handling and its maintenance.
-Column packing for purification
-Data analysis & troubleshooting
-Column cleaning (Pre and post run CIP), maintenance and storage
-Protein concentration using TFF and hollow fibers
-Raw Material and consumables management related to downstream work
-Antibody purification for in-house reagent preparation
4. Qualifications:
M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related life sciences discipline
5. Experience: 
Relevant experience in vaccine/biologics downstream processing preferred.
