4. Role Overview: 
-Assist in managing the operations of the Microbiology lab, ensuring rigorous testing of pharmaceutical products, environmental monitoring, sterility, and microbial identification. Support compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO 17025 guidelines, lead asf micobiologists.
5. Key Responsibilities: 
-Oversee daily microbiological testing, including sterility, bioburden, endotoxin, and microbial Identification.
-Conduct routine environmental monitoring across cleanrooms and controlled areas
-Review and approve test results, reports, SOPs, and protocols
-Conduct investigations for microbial breaches, OOS, and deviations
-Manage validation of microbiological methods, media and equipment
-Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, USP, and ISO 17025 standards
-Train and mentor microbiology staff ensuring proper aseptic techniques
-Coordinate external and internal microbiological audits and inspections
