3. Travel Requirement: Up to 3 days per week at customer sites

5. About the Role

-They are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Application Specialist - Cell Culture to provide pre and post sales technical expertise and on-site support to customers. -This role combines strong laboratory knowledge with customer engagement and field-based technical support.

6. Key Responsibilities

-Provide on-site and virtual pre sales technical support for cell culture products

-Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on training

-Troubleshoot mammalian cell culture workflows (adherent and suspension)

-Assist customers with protocol optimization and experimental design

-Partner with the sales team for technical presentations and customer visits

-Support product launches and collect customer feedback

7. Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field

8. Experience:

-2-3 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture

-Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and media preparation

-Experience with cell-based assays and laboratory troubleshooting

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Self-motivated with strong time management abilities

-Willing and able to travel 3 days per week to customer locations

-Valid driving license (if applicable)

8. Preferred:

-Experience in bioprocessing or bioreactors

-Exposure to GMP or regulated environments

-Prior customer-facing or technical support experience
