c. Perform ELISA (sandwich/
competitive) for binding and quantification.
d. Conduct SPR experiments and analyse kinetic data (Ka, Kd, KD).
e. Support method development, qualification, validation, and transfer.
f. Prepare protocols, reports, and ensure GLP/GMP compliance.
g. Hands-on experience in cell culture and bioassays, ELISA and SPR techniques.
h.  Experience in assay troubleshooting and data analysis.
i.  Good documentation and communication skills.
