Required Research Assistant - Master's degree in Biology/Life Sciences, or related fields - Salary - Rs 19000 per Month
Required candidates, preferably with a Master's degree in Biology/Life Sciences, or related fields, to work at the intersection of Ayurveda and Stem Cells.
This will be the first Research Assistant Position, and, upon significant motivation, may be encouraged to apply for a PhD position at the University, subject to clearing either the National-level PhD entrance test or the entrance test conducted by Yenepoya (Deemed to be University).
Candidates with strong research motivation and hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture should apply.
Broad areas of the project:
(1) Microplastic toxicity in 3D embryotoxic in vitro models and amelioration using Ayurvedic formulations.
(2) Amelioration of in vitro cardiomyocyte injury using Ayurvedic formulations.
Remuneration: Rs 19,000/ per month
