The present project proposed to investigate the efficacy of a bacteriophage-based recombinant spore cortex lytic enzyme formulation in combating ESKAPE pathogens involved in human lower respiratory tract infections. The project adopts a combination of in vitro, in vivo and in silico approaches to address the research questions.
