Job Title: Lab Assistant: Biotechnology

Educational Qualification: 

  • Bachelors and Masters degree in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences / Biological Sciences with a minimum of 60%.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in managing research laboratories
  • Prior experience in handling BSL2 / BSL3 laboratories and/or Translational Research is desirable. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain BSL2/BSL3 research laboratories and ensure biosafety compliance.
  • Support zebrafish facility operations and plant tissue culture experiments.
  • Assist in ongoing research projects and provide technical support to faculty and students.
  • Maintain laboratory records, equipment logs, and inventory of consumables
  • Coordinate with institutional teams for smooth execution of research.
