5. About the Role
A. Key Responsibilities
-Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials (reagents, media, consumables, chemicals) and communicate with research scholars and lab managers 
-Ensure proper storage under required conditions (ambient, 2-8°C, -20°C, -80°C)
-Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/LIMS systems
-Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices
-Manage quarantined, approved materials
-Issue materials to production and laboratory teams
-Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement
-Support internal and external audits through proper documentation
6. Qualifications: 
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related field
7. Experience: 
-1-4 years of experience in biotech/pharma stores
-Experience with ERP systems
(SAP preferred)
-Understanding of cold chain storage and handling
-Strong documentation and organizational skills
Preferred
-Experience in regulated biopharma manufacturing
-Familiarity with audit and inspection processes
-Ability to work in cold rooms or controlled environments
