4. Technical Requirements:

-Experience with DNA and RNA extraction.

-Extensive experience with PCR techniques - inverse, touch down/up, gradient, long amplicons, TaqMan, real-time PCR and Gel electrophoresis.

-Experience in preparation of ultra competent cells and transformation with chemical and electroporation methods.

-Extensive experience with cloning methods -subcloning, Gibson assembly, Golden gate, Gateway, In-Fusion.

-Generate good quality data consistently and promptly update it in LNB and database.

-Understanding of systems and processes pertaining to safety, health and environment.
