4. Job Summary
-Responsible for the complete
production cycle of banana tissue culture plants, ensuring strict adherence to production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
5. Key Responsibilities: 
a.  Manage TC stages - Initiation, Multiplication, Rooting & Hardening
b. Achieve production targets with low contamination levels
c.  Maintain SOPs, quality standards & documentation
d.  Supervise lab staff and daily production operations
e. Coordinate with hardening, nursery & dispatch teams
6. Skills Required: 
-Strong knowledge of Banana Tissue Culture protocols
-Expertise in contamination control & aseptic techniques
-Effective team handling and reporting skills
7. Location: Sindkhed Raja, Buldhana
