1. Position: Principal Scientist Rapid Diagnostics 
2. About the Role:
Lead the design, optimization, and validation of cutting-edge rapid tests-including Lateral Flow Assays (LFA), dipsticks, and LAMP-based molecular assays. Support PCR/RT-PCR workflows, test licensing & CDSCO submissions, ISO 13485 compliance, and GMP standards. 
Drive technology transfer from lab to market in our fast-paced startup environment.
3. Key Skills & Responsibilities:
a. Expertise in LFA, urine dipstick, LAMP, PCR/RT-PCR development, nanoparticle conjugation, assay optimization, and validation.
b. Quick learner with strong mindset.
c. Proficiency in CDSCO test licensing, ISO 13485, and GMP regulations.
d. Excellent technical documentation and troubleshooting skills.
4. Qualifications:
Master's in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field 
5. Experience: 
2-3 years relevant experience.
