Overview:

HiMedia is looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates for internship on Molecular Biology focused on protein expression and purification

As an intern, you will get direct hands-on exposure to:

-Bacterial transformation

-Plasmid purification

-E. coli expression system optimization

-Protein Purification using Affinity Chromatography

-Protein Characterization using SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting

This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to:
