1. About Company:

Clarity Bio Systems is a dynamic startup focused on applying metabolomics and Al-powered workflows to provide actionable solutions for research, biomanufacturing, precision healthcare, and FMCG applications. They value collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. Their interdisciplinary team (biology x chemistry x Al) works together to develop novel metabolomics solutions.

2. Role description:

They are looking for a full-time Data Analyst Intern based in Mumbai (IIT Bombay). with potential promotion to full-time position after 6 months based on performance.

The candidate will be responsible for testing and validating their Al-powered software platform, and performing regular analysis of metabolomics datasets.

3. Key responsibilities include:

-Perform untargeted and targeted metabolomics data processing, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.

-Collaborate, communicate and present metabolomics results to the internal as well as external groups.

-Support the software development team by providing critical feedback

-Assist in writing research articles in peer reviewed journals and present at conferences.

-Active participation in technical discussions and problem solving.

4. Compensation: The stipend will be in the range of ₹20,000-₹30,000/month, depending on skill set and aligned with industry standards.

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Bioinformatics, or equivalent in Life Sciences.

-Candidates with expertise in data analysis of mass spectrometry-based untargeted and targeted metabolomics using MS-Dial, XCMS etc., and statistical analysis of omics data, will be preferred.

-Demonstrated capacity for working both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-driven, capable of multitasking, and productively meet deadlines.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
