1. Job Summary:
-The Research Scientist will perform in vitro assays, including cell culture, FACS, ELISA, and data documentation, while ensuring SOP compliance and lab maintenance
2. Key Responsibilities: 
-Assist in immunology, cell biology, and molecular biology experiments.
-Maintain and handle mammalian cell cultures under aseptic conditions.
- Isolate and characterize PBMCs for immune response studies.
- Perform transfection for gene/protein expression analysis.
-Support immunological studies,  including T- and B-cell activation and cytokine profiling.
-Conduct immunoassays such as ELISA, ELISpot, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence.
-Carry out cell viability assays such as CellTiter-Glo (CTG).
- Record and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with biosafety, GLP, and quality standards.
-Collaborate in experiment planning, troubleshooting, and data reporting.
-Stay updated on new techniques in immunology and molecular biotechnology.
3. Qualification:
-M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related life science field.
-Practical experience in cell culture, PBMC handling, and molecular biology techniques.
-Knowledge of transfection methods, flow cytometry, and cytokine assays.
-Strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills.
-Commitment to lab safety and quality standards.
4. Experience: 
0-2+ years of experience in the pharma industry
