3. Experience: 4 to 7 Years

4. Key Skills & Responsibilities: -Plasma Fractionation Process knowledge Downstream Processing (Chromatography, Filtration,Ultrafiltration/Diafiltration)

-Equipment Handling (Centrifuge, Chromatography Systems, TFF, Depth Filters) Buffer and Solution

-Preparation GMP, GDP, and GLP Compliance Process

-Validation and Equipment Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)

Documentation (BMR, SOPs, Protocols)

-Aseptic Techniques and Cleanroom Practices

-Process Monitoring (Differential Pressure, Temperature, Humidity)

-Handling Deviations and Change Controls

-Coordination with QC, QA, Maintenance & Warehouse

-QMS Documentation (SOPs, Deviations, CAPA)

-Safety and Environmental Compliance

-Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Skills

-Basic Computer Skills (MS Office, ERP Entries)
