1. Location: Delhi
2. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
3. Position Overview:
You will be working on the recombinant production, multi-step purification, and functional fluorescent dye labeling of a target protein. This role involves extensive lab work and protocol optimization in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.
4. Key Responsibilities:
Protein Purification: Plan and perform multi-step purification (Ni-NTA, IEX, SEC).
Protein Expression: In vitro expression and optimization of
recombinant proteins. 
Dye Labeling: Develop and implement fluorescent dye conjugation protocols.
Molecular Biology: Cloning, bacterial transformation, and plasmid prep.
Protein Analysis: SDS-PAGE, gel documentation, Bradford/BCA assays.
Protocol Development:
Troubleshoot and refine purification/labeling processes. Data Management: Maintain accurate experimental records and reports.
5. Qualifications:
Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on training/experience in protein chemistry.
