Key Responsibilities:
1. Isolate, propagation, characterize and maintenance of microbial strains with potential to develop as biologicals.
2. Provide microbiological expertise and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with other R&D departments to support product development phases including formulation, scale-up etc.
4. Perform studies to substantiate claims related to USP, mode of action, and profiling of microbial agents.
5. Maintain microbial cultures and ensure proper documentation and storage protocols.
6. Adhere to and contribute to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards at NPP.
7. Support production planning and activities for microbial based products.
5. Qualification:
Only candidates who have completed M.Sc in Microbiology or Agricultural Microbiology, graduating in 2024 or 2025, are eligible to apply.

7. Desirable Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of microbial taxonomy, physiology, and biocontrol mechanisms.
2. Knowledge on fermentation technology (submerged/solid state).
