1. Quality Control - Product Testing (Viral, Bacterial)
-Able to perform Biochemical techniques, Chromatography techniques.
-Electrophoresis techniques, Immuno assay techniques, Cell culture techniques and Molecular techniques
-Understanding and experience with Stability and Analytical method validation (AMV).
-To operate the LIMS and timely complete the analysis of sample.
2. Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture)
-Experience in Preparation of media and buffers.
-Experience in viral vaccine drug substance manufacturing process
-Preparation of cell banks and virus banks
-Basic knowledge of performing aseptic operations, hands-on experience in working with Biosafety cabinets/Laminar Air Flow units.
3. Formulation and Filling
-Preparation of formulation as per BMR and approved procedures
-Handling of equipment such vessel and filtration units
-Maintain the aseptic operations during the activity
-Handling of autoclave, vial washing machine and tunnel.
