a. Plant tissue culture operations (media preparation, sterilization, inoculation, sub-culturing).
b. Maintenance of aseptic environment inside laminar air flow cabinet.
c. Monitoring and recording growth of cultures.
d. Hardening & acclimatization of plantlets.
e. Lab equipment handling & basic maintenance.
6. Qualifications: 
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Botany, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Horticulture, Microbiology, or related field).
7. Experience 
Previous experience in plant tissue culture lab preferred, but freshers with good knowledge can apply.
8. Skills Required:
Knowledge of micropropagation techniques.
Familiarity with sterilization and culture maintenance.
Attention to detail, patience, and consistency.
Ability to work in team environment.
