Role Description:
a Technical Associate (Molecular Biology & Genomics) to join  growing team. The candidate will be responsible for executing NGS workflows, including nucleic acid extraction, quality control, library preparation, sequencing, and preliminary data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
> Perform DNA/RNA extraction, QC, and quantification from diverse biological samples.
> Prepare NGS libraries (Illumina, Nanopore, MGI or other platforms).
> Maintain laboratory records.
> Ensure compliance with quality assurance and laboratory standards.
> Collaborate with research associates, senior scientists, and bioinformaticians.
> Support client projects in academic, clinical, and industrial genomics applications.
Qualifications:
> Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Research methodologies
> Excellent Communication Skills for clear and effective interactions
> Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting complex issues
> Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques and genomic tools
> Attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment
> Relevant experience in a laboratory setting is preferred
> Master/Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or related field
