1. Scientist 1 (Officer) - API R&D Synthesis

2. Scientist - 2 (Executive) - API R&D Synthesis

Job description for the positions is given below

1. Chemical Synthesis & Process Development

-Synthesis & purification of assigned molecules

-Process development activity of assigned molecule

-Set up & carry out assigned experiments as per GMP

-Support the validation of developed processes in pilot plant & large-scale manufacturing processes

-Complete support for Tech

Transfer activities by closely working with cross functional team

-Add value to processes through innovation

2. LDR & DMF Filing

-Preparation of Lab developmental reports

- Maintaining Lab Notebooks & SOPS

-Maintaining all lab documents in the right format

3. Scale Up

-Support the validation of the developed processes in pilot plant.

-Support the validation of the developed processes to large scale manufacturing levels.

4. Analysis

-Understand & analyze reports received from Analytical department (NMR, Mass Spectrum, IR, HPLC, GC etc.)

-Partner with ADL to process samples for analysis as per requirement

5. Audit Reports Compliance

-Verification of all the audit reports both half yearly and annual reports are received timely manner and forward the same to compliance, if required

-Ensure 100% compliance w.r.t. Projects, company policies & values

6. Research & Development

-Undertake literature search for the project study process and product safety parameters from feasibility point of view and provide research report

Experience:

Candidate must have 2 to 8 years of experience in API Synthesis.

In addition to above, candidate must be ready to work in 3 shifts.
