3. Position Overview:

They are looking for a Scientific Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of their NGS-based Precision Oncology portfolio across Kerala.

This role offers a unique opportunity for scientifically trained professionals to blend deep scientific knowledge with commercial responsibility, driving both clinical adoption and business growth.

4. Key Responsibilities

-Business Growth: Drive adoption of NGS-based cancer genomics tests and achieve business targets across the assigned region.

-Scientific Engagement: Conduct field visits, present scientific evidence, and support oncologists, pathologists, and healthcare professionals in integrating precision oncology into clinical practice.

-Market Development: Identify opportunities for NGS adoption, establish strong relationships with hospitals, cancer centers, and clinicians, and expand the customer base.

-Product Management: Collaborate with internal teams to refine product strategy, gather market feedback, and align offerings with clinical needs.

-Training & Education: Deliver scientific training and educational sessions for clinicians, partners, and internal stakeholders.

-Accountability: Ensure territory business objectives are met with consistent reporting and insights on market trends.

Educational Background (Mandatory):

B.Sc. in Life Sciences OR

M.Sc. in Genetics / Biotechnology /Molecular Biology
