5. Key Responsibilities:
-Execute method development, qualification, and transfer of cell-based and non-cell-based assays (ELISA, SPR, RT-PCR, etc.)
-Support comparability, stability, impurity, and functional characterization studies
-Troubleshoot assay performance issues and apply statistical tools like PLA
-Prepare scientific documentation including SOPS, STPs, URS, and more
-Ensure timely calibration, qualification, and validation of analytical instruments
-Maintain GxP and regulatory compliance in all lab operations
6. Preferred Skills:
-Strong hands-on experience with cell-based assays, ligand binding assays, ELISA, SPR, BCA, etc.
-Familiarity with GCLP and regulatory standards
-Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
