- Perform Gram Staining for microbial identification (under supervision).
-Conduct environmental 
monitoring (settle plates, air sampling, surface swabs, personnel monitoring).
-Assist in sampling & microbiological analysis of Raw Water, PW & WFI.
-Prepare culture media (slants, broths, plates) & maintain inventory.
-Operate & maintain basic microbiology instruments (Autoclave, LAF, Biosafety Cabinet, Incubators, pH meter, etc.).
-Record activities as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP). 
-Support trend analysis for water testing & EM reports.
