Qualification: M Sc Life sciences/B Pharmacy/Diploma.

Drug Substance/Antigens Upstream/Downstream Activities CGMP Compliance and Batch timelines.

2. Production- (Vaccine/Injectables) Blending- Autoclave, Vessels, CIP & SIP. Filling- Vial washing, Tunnel Sterilizer, capping & filling. Packing & Labelling- Vial labelling machine & VVM machine with inspection. Track & Trace system, monitoring cold rooms and deep freezers.

3. Engineering: (Biologics/Injectables) Qualification: Diploma/ BTech (Mech& ECE/ ΕΙΕ)

Process Equipments

Vail washing, Filling, Capping, Autoclave and labelling machines, Jacket vessels, Lypholization Operations.

Instrumentation

Breakdowns, BMS, Preventive maintenance Calibration, AMC and interim projects.

Handling basic troubleshooting in PLC & SCADA.

4. Quality Control:

Qualification: M. Sc life sciences/B Tech/Mtech Biotechnology.
