1. Position: Research Associate - Cell Culture Operations
2. Location: Faridabad, Haryana
3. Qualifications & Experience
M.Sc / M.Tech / Ph.D in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or Zoology 
4. Experience: 
1-3 years of relevant industrial experience (prior experience in cell & gene therapy is highly advantageous)
5. Required Expertise
👉Skilled in primary and mammalian cell culture (including PBMC & NK cell
isolation)
👉Proficient in cell cryopreservation, revival, and maintenance of cell banks in accordance with regulatory standards
👉Hands-on experience with cell-based assays: Flow Cytometry (cytotoxicity, MLR), Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry
👉Competent in viral vector production, viral particle purification,transfection/
transduction, and maintenance of vector-producing cell lines
👉Familiarity with CRISPR-Cas technology is desirable
👉Practical experience with Western blotting, RT-PCR, and fluorescent microscopy
👉Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, particularly with flow cytometry and fluorescence assay outputs
👉Strict adherence to aseptic techniques, BSL-2 laboratory protocols, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and GraphPad
7. Key Responsibilities
👉Independently design and perform cell culture and assay-based experiments
👉Maintain accurate and organized experimental records; prepare detailed reports
👉Revive and sustain cell lines; prepare media, buffers, and solutions; manage raw-material procurement and inventory 
👉Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance 
👉Conduct flow cytometry-based experiments and analyze data; use light and fluorescence microscopy for assays
👉Coordinate with vendors, maintain cell banks, and enforce lab safety procedures
👉Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to foster innovation and process improvement
