The role involves 
a. Operating fermentation processes, preparing tanks, monitoring fermentation, and performing preventive maintenance, media preparation, ESIP, FSIP, CIP, fermentation, centrifugation, microfiltration, spray drying, all upstream and downstream process, batchwise documentation. b. The position requires knowledge of fermentation, troubleshooting skills, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
5. Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include a. Operating and monitoring fermentation equipment, conducting maintenance and troubleshooting, performing quality control, and ensuring cleanliness. 
b. The role also involves maintaining records and collaborating with the team.
6. Requirements
-Required qualifications include XII / BSc in Chemistry/microbiology. 
-Candidates should have a strong understanding of fermentation principles, experience with equipment, and excellent troubleshooting skills. 
-Attention to detail, commitment to quality, communication skills, and teamwork are also important. 
-The ability to work floating or alternating shift mandatory.
-Ready to relocate near factory.
