4. Required Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Genetics, or Microbiology with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell line development within the biopharma, biotech, or contract research environment. Experience in large-scale transient transfections.
5. Key Responsibilities:
-Perform cloning-related activities using various molecular biology techniques
-Conduct cell line development for biosimilars, including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
-Manage vendor coordination for laboratory requirements
-Oversee in-house inventory management
-Plan the structure and execution of experiments and analyze data
