a. Research and Experimental
Design:
 You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing research experiments related to cell and gene therapy.
b. Molecular Cloning and Cell
Culture: 
Develop and optimize protocols for genetic modification and cell manipulation.
c. Immunology Expertise: Investigate immune responses and develop strategies to enhance the safety and efficacy of cell and gene therapies.
d. Data Analysis and Interpretation: 
Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and generate detailed reports.
Qualifications & Required Skills- 
Master's or PhD degree in Cell
Biology, Molecular Biology,
Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
Proven expertise in molecular cloning, cell culture, and immunology techniques.
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing experiments in cell and gene therapy research.
Familiarity with the latest advancements and technologies in the field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
