1. Position- Research Assistant 
2. Qualifications - M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemical, or Biomedical Engineering.
-Minimum experience in cell culture-based bioassays.

-Creative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

3. Job Description: 
As a Research Assistant, you will be responsible for: 
a. Developing and conducting bioassays on cell line models.
b. Creating study plans and project proposals tailored to specific requirements.
c. Method development and validation in accordance with applicable SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
d. Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Protocols, Study Plans, Method Validation reports, and Bioanalytical study reports, ensuring compliance with appropriate SOPs, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
e. Operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment.
f. Conducting routine sample analyses and data check-ups as per applicable methods, protocols, SOPs, and regulatory agency guidelines.
