1. QUALITY ASSURANCE (IPQA)
A. Position-  Executive & Senior Executive
B.Qualification - 
B. Pharm./M.Pharm./M.Sc.
C. Experience- 3 to 9 Years
D. Required Skills
a. Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities such as dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatch
b. Collection and submission of in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as described in respective procedures/batch manufacturing records and packing records/protocols
c. Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples
d. Review of the executed batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and protocols
e. Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors
f. Exposure to QMS elements (CAPA, Change control, Deviation) is necessary
2. PRODUCTION PHARMA
A..Position- Officer & Senior Officer
B..Qualification- Diploma/B.Sc
C. Experience- 2 to 6 Years
D. Required Skills- 
a. Experience in operating and cleaning a Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic, Terminal sterilization, Vial Filling, Vial Sealing, and Automatic PFS filling machines 
b. Experience in operating and cleaning Lyophilizers using Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS)
c. Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, and media filling activities
d. Knowledge about the execution of manufacturing and compounding activities

2. PRODUCTION PHARMA

D. Required Skills 
a. Hands-on experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, sealing, and pre- and post-manufacturing activities
b..Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filter integrity
c.Experience in monitoring NVPC and trending
d. Hands-on experience in documenting activities on the shop floor
e. Planning and execution of aseptic media fill simulation activities and intervention execution

3. QUALITY CONTROL 
A. Position- Executive 
B. Qualification- B.  Pharm/M. Sc. (Injectables)
C. Experience- 3 to 5 Years
D. Required Skills- 
a. Responsible for creating Caliber LIMS masters
b. Handling of biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor lla)
c.Handling the assay of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium is preferable
d. Analysis of the in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material
e. Handling HPLC/GC with empower software
f. Handling UV Visible Instruments, KF, and Potentiometers with Tiamo Software
g.Handling of IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point
h.Apparatus, and lon Chromatography
i.Handling of AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR
j.Knowledge and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, IC, AAS, ICP-MS, NMR, KF, Potentiometer, and TOC

5. MICROBIOLOGY 
A. Position- Associate-PG
B. Qualification- M. Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology)

D. Required Skills
a.  The candidate should be familiar with basic microbiology techniques
b. The pass outs of 2024 with minimum 60% marks
