1. Position- Molecular Biologist 
2. Qualifications:
PhD or MS in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Cell Biology, or related field
3. Experience: 
a. Strong experience with gene-editing technologies (e.g., CRISPR-Cas9), viral vector production, and cell culture techniques.
b. Ability to work independently, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
c. Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP) is a plus!
4. Key Responsibilities:
a. Design and execute gene-editing experiments (CAR-T, viral vector construction, molecular cloning).
b. Maintain and culture human/animal cell lines; produce genetically modified cells.
c. Perform gene transfer, expression analysis, and vector production.
d. Support preclinical studies and clinical research to evaluate therapy efficacy and safety.
e. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize protocols and troubleshoot experiments.
