1.  Location: Nagpur
2.  Experience: 2–3 Years
3.  Education: M.Sc / M.Tech / B.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related fields
4. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cell Culture & Media Optimization
  •  Work with mammalian cell lines (CHO, HEK293, etc.)
  • Perform media screening, feed strategies, and process optimization for biosimilar production
  • Bioreactor Operations
  • Set up and operate shake flasks, wave bioreactors, and bench-scale bioreactors
  • Scale-up and process transfer to pilot and manufacturing scale
  •  Process Optimization & Characterization
  • Conduct fed-batch, perfusion, and continuous culture studies
  •  Optimize pH, DO, agitation, and temperature for high-yield production
  •  Analytical & Data Analysis
  •  Perform cell viability, metabolic analysis, and protein titer estimation
  • Utilize DoE (Design of Experiments) for process optimization
  • Documentation & Compliance
  •  Maintain laboratory notebooks, SOPs, and technical reports
  •  Ensure GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaboration & Tech Transfer
  •  Work closely with downstream, analytical, and regulatory teams
  • Support technology transfer to the manufacturing team
