4. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and experiments related to CAR-T cell therapy, AAV, Lentivirus (LV), Gene Editing, and CRISPR technology.
  • Perform mammalian cell culture, tissue culture, and molecular biology techniques for gene and cell-based therapeutics.
  • Work on plasmid design, cloning, transfection, and viral vector production if required for the profile.
  • Perform PCR techniques (conventional & qPCR), Western Blotting, and other molecular assays.
  • Maintain accurate lab records and analyze experimental data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and product development projects.
5. Required Skills & Qualifications:
PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Cell Biology, or related field (Freshers preferred).
6. Hands-on experience in:
  • Mammalian cell culture & tissue culture.
  • PCR techniques (RT-PCR, qPCR), Western Blotting, and protein analysis.
  • Molecular cloning, transfection, and viral vector production (AAV, LV, Adenovirus, etc.).
  • CRISPR gene editing techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Preferred Experience (if any):
  • Experience with stem cells, iPSCs, or primary cell cultures.
