3.Position Overview:
-The Cell Culture Application Specialist will play a critical role in supporting and advancing the application and use of cell culture technologies within the organization.
-This position requires a strong understanding of cell biology, cellular processes, and techniques related to cell culture systems. 
- The specialist will work closely with customers, laboratory teams, and product development teams to provide technical expertise, training, and troubleshooting support.

a. Education

Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience with cell culture techniques in a laboratory or commercial setting.
Experience with mammalian cell culture, stem cells, CHO cells, and/or primary cells.
Previous experience in a technical support, application scientist, or similar role is preferred.
 Familiarity with cell culture media, reagents, and laboratory equipment (e.g., biosafety cabinets, CO2 incubators, centrifuges, etc.).

6.  Skills and Competencies:
a. Strong understanding of cell culture principles and applications.
 b. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
c. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 d. Proficiency with laboratory software and data analysis tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
 e. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
