a. Proficient in Pipetting. 
b. Proficient in cell cultureing 
c. Understanding to work in bio safety cabinets 
d. Understanding of mammalian cell culture 
e. Basic understanding of analytical techniques- PCR , ELISA , Western blotting and SDS page .
f. Basic fundamental understanding of molecular biology- cell and gene therapy fundamental. 
g. Basic understanding of GMP areas, like clean room areas, gowning procedures.
