b. Experience in E. coli protein expression and Purification.

c. Protein purification using AKTA Pure and AKTA Avant systems, process development, experience in Affinity, Ion Exchange, HIC Chromatography methods , column packing, tangential flow Filtration.

d. Basic working experience in protein Characterization and various HPLC techniques.

e. Experience with techniques like Western blotting, ELISA.
