Job Description- 
a. Lead the development of VAM including strain , cultivation and Formulation 
b. Conduct testing to optimize the VAM process 
c. Collaborate with R and D teams to explore product quality 
d.  Identify innovative Methodologies and technologies to increase VAM production efficiency and monthly / yearly production targets 
e.  Oversee the entire production cycle of VAM from inoculum development to packaging 
f. Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance program for VAM production 
g.Conduct regular quality tests and Analyses on VAM products. 
h. Implement Corrective actions for quality issues and ensure products meet regulatory standards 
Mandatory Skills - 
VAM , VAM process , Formulation, production, Quality Assurance 

Experience Required- 5 to 8 Years 
Qualification- M. Sc. MICROBIOLOGY/ Agriculture/ Biology/ Life Sciences
