a. Lead the development of VAM including strain , cultivation and Formulation 
b. Conduct testing to optimize the VAM process 
c. Collaborate with R and D teams to explore product quality 
d.  Identify innovative Methodologies and technologies to increase VAM production efficiency and monthly / yearly production targets 
e.  Oversee the entire production cycle of VAM from inoculum development to packaging 
f. Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance program for VAM production 
g.Conduct regular quality tests and Analyses on VAM products. 
h. Implement Corrective actions for quality issues and ensure products meet regulatory standards
