1. Job Description :

The applicant should be a PhD with a minimum of 3-10 years of CRO/pharma industry experience.
Should be responsible for the management and integrity of the design, conduct, and reporting of the research project
Should be managing, monitoring, and ensuring the integrity of collaborative relationships with clients
Should have extensive experience in designing biochemical and cell based assays, qRT-PCR, AlphaLISA, HRTF, NanoBRET and NanoBiT.
Extensive experience in small molecule discovery, understanding and working knowledge in PROTACs, ASOs, siRNA, peptides is an added advantage
Should be able to gel well with the team and support day to day lab activities and train junior members of the lab.
Should be scientifically adept and think through the experiments
Should have experience in writing client proposals, preparing costing and managing timelines
Should have the ability to drive and execute projects flawlessly and have hawk's eye on the data analysis and presentations
Should have good presentation and communication skills
Having experience in handling and managing instrumentation like FLIPR, liquid handlers, ECHO acoustic dispensers, MSD, Luminex, Flow cytometers will be preferred
