Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Officer at FrÃo Sparkling Water in Dubai. The Officer will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality control processes, conducting analytical assessments, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards, managing quality audits, and implementing quality management practices on a day-to-day basis.Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control programs to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
